We define a defect as anything that significantly deviates from your approved design or specifications. Minor variations in color or trim (within ±2.5%) are part of standard print tolerances.
8. Customer Submitted Artwork
To help us deliver great results, please follow our artwork guidelines (300 DPI, CMYK format). We can’t guarantee color accuracy when files are submitted in RGB. You must have the right to use any content you send us.
9. Content License and Copyright
By submitting artwork or design files, you grant us permission to print and use them for your order. We won’t use your designs for marketing unless you’ve given us permission.
10. Overruns and Proofing
Because of print industry standards, final quantities may vary by ±8%. Always review and approve proofs carefully—your sign-off confirms accuracy.
11. Payments
We accept most major payment methods. Orders must be paid in full before production. If you have a billing arrangement, please ensure timely payments to avoid service delays.
12. Website Usage
Our content and designs are protected. Please don’t copy, scrape, or use any material from our site without written consent.
13. Third Party Links
We occasionally link to helpful third-party websites. These sites have their own privacy and terms, and we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
14. Disclaimers and Governing Law
